From the heavens a great sound was heard.
It shook the very ground in its passing,

like thunder and the shattering of glass and the cries of a thousand voices.

The light radiated out from the impact,

transforming all that it touched.

Above it all, the Lord of Transformation watched

impassive and intent,

focused on stern task of

changing the world.
