Festival of Orgone: Merkabah

Working within its physical host, the self-angel now strives to bring the elements of the physical realm into balance and heal the wounds that created a separation from the understanding of Orgone.  From the Orgone Caves it loads the regenerative and transformative traits of the Scarab.  Using the Scarab's abilities, it transforms the more volatile elements into more useful and balanced energies.  The self-angel then uses the traits of the frog to call forth waters to cool flaring tempers and to heal distant wounds.

The Merkabah of self-angel becomes super charged with these extreme energies and a wave of transformation emanates from the host.  As the water pours out from the Orgone, it splashes and turns to steam as the fiery energy is dramatically cooled and neutralized.  The lava of flaring tempers cools and forms a new bedrock beneath the host.  From this new foundation the self-angel reaches up toward the heavens with an intense cyclopean vision.

My first thought when I saw this was the regeneration scene up off of the wood floor in Hellraiser. However, your work depicts a much more powerful, spiritual coalescing than the bloody flesh from flesh necromancy illustrated in the movie. Not that I don't LOVE bloody flesh from flesh necromancy : >

Yeah this does have a bit of the Hellraiser scene going on. The personal experience that inspired this piece felt a little like I was being reformed from blood on the floor.
